Former President Obama reveals his last name. “My last name is Care,” the Former President stated late Wednesday night. “I’m not sure why I hid it, I guess it was just a spur of the moment thing, but I’m proud of my last name. I was born with it, I plan to die with it.” Mr. Obama took questions from the press and said that he was proud to be part of the “Care” family. He also thanked his wife first lady Michelle Obama for keeping his last name a secret for so long. “The reason I kept my last name a secret was because I didn’t want people to think I was a careless president.” He went on to say, “My parents gave me this name and I’m proud of it. I’m grateful for the sacrifices my grandfather made for me. Thank you for keeping my last name a secret.” The former President ended the press conference by saying, “I’m going to miss being president and I’m going to miss Michelle too. I’m going to miss all the great times we had together.”
A member of the press asked, “Mr. Former President if you don’t mind me asking, what is your first name?”
“My first name is Barack,” the Former President said. “My parents gave me a strong name, a strong last name and I’m proud of it.”
He ended the press conference by saying, “I can’t wait to get back to being a private citizen. I want to play golf, spend more time with my family, and travel around the world. I’ll never forget all the great times I had been president. It was an honor to serve you.”
The former president was then escorted off stage by Secret Service.
